- Red wine elaborated with selected grapes from one of our old vineyards of more than 30 years of the Tempranillo variety, aged in new French oak barrels for 6 months.
- A wine that stands out for its power, very careful. It is made with all the affection given by the third generation of winemakers to the founder of the winery, our grandfather.
- Aging:
- 6 months in French oak barrels.
- Tasting:
- Cherry color with violet edges, bright appearance, clean and abundant tears, gives us an intense and penetrating aroma. It is a complex wine, with fruity and balsamic notes such as licorice and the smell of different spices due to the toasting of the barrel.
- A balanced, powerful and harmonious wine, with a smooth entry on the palate. It shows a firm and pleasant tannin together with the warmth of the alcohol.
- Pairing:
- Meats, offal, cheeses, sausages, legumes, some blue fish.
- Taste above 18ºC.
