- Varieties:
- Tempranillo 85%, Viura 15%
- Winemaking:
- A young rosé wine made with Tempranillo and Viura grapes.
- Small maceration of a few hours, we separate the must from the solid part and it ferments at a controlled temperature of 18ºC.
- Tasting:
- Color rosa pálido y elegante
- Pale and elegant pink color. Intense aromas, sparkling, highlighting fruity notes such as strawberries and raspberries.
- Fresh and balanced in the mouth, with a long and intense finish.
- Pairing:
- Any type of fish, seafood, pickles.
- Taste above 8ºC.
