- A wine that is the result of a great selection of the best grapes from three different varieties.
- Cold maceration and controlled fermentation to preserve the fruity aromas of the grapes and obtain the best color extraction.
- Tasting:
- It has a crystalline and very clean appearance, with an intense cherry color with violet edges and abundant tears. It highlights the great harmony between the fresh tones, over light and fine vanilla nuances.
- It has a smooth and unctuous taste at the entrance, with a balanced, powerful, fruity tannic palate and a long and tasty finish, with pleasant memories of the sweetness of the fruit.
- Pairing:
- Rice, fish, seafood, cheese, gildas and sushi.
- We recommend tasting between 5-7ºC.
