- This wine stands out for its own personality, a modern design, pretending a wine with character that does not leave us indifferent. We make it with grapes from old vines with an average of 40 years old and limited production.
- Aging:
- 12 months in French oak barrels.
- Tasting:
- Intense cherry red color, it has aromas of red fruits, licorice and vanilla. In the mouth, its tannin provides a velvety passage that culminates with a point of elegant bitterness and memories to the sweetness of the fruit.
- Pairing:
- Red meats, game, Iberian cured meats, cured cheeses.
- We recommend tasting at around 18ºC.
