- After selecting the grapes, the grapes are gently pressed and rigorously racked. The must ferments on its lees in new French oak barrels.
- Aging:
- New French oak barrels. Aging: New French oak barrels. 3 months.
- Tasting:
- Pale golden color with green trim and a bright appearance, it brings us aromas of fresh fruit, light flashes of citrus, peach, vanilla and toast due to the wood in which the fermentation has been carried out. It has a pleasant palate with fruity character and subtle acidity. Good retronasal passage and slightly sweet.
- Pairing:
- Fish, seafood, sushi.
- We recommend tasting between 8-10ºC.
