- Winemaking:
- A young red wine made by the most traditional method of Rioja Alavesa, carbonic maceration.
- Tasting:
- A wine of purplish red color and crystalline appearance, bright and clean. On the nose the intense and persistent fruity aromas stand out. In the mouth it is a floral, fruity wine with a smooth and velvety taste, very fruity and with a tasty palate. An unmistakable wine typical of Rioja Alavesa.
- Pairing:
- Legumes, meats, oily fish, offal, cheeses, Iberian cured meats.
