- Elaboration:
- A young and very fresh white wine made entirely with the Viura variety.
- Cold maceration, gentle pressing and subsequent racking.
- Tasting:
- Greenish yellow in color and very clean, it offers very pronounced primary aromas of fruit. A very fresh and smooth wine on the palate with a long aftertaste.
- Very pronounced primary aromas of fresh fruit such as green apple, pineapple and citrus.
- Pairing:
- Rice, fish, seafood, cheese, gildas and sushi.
- We recommend tasting between 5-7ºC.
